Sunbay’s everyday life is based on processes. There are two types of them in the company: agile processes are used for internal and innovative projects while traditional — for all the rest.
Unlike other development companies Sunbay knows perfectly well that having development methods, tools and processes described, is not a guarantee of efficient development. All processes should be customized to every respective project to avoid “needless” paper work and reduce total project cost for the customer without any compromise to quality. It’s especially true, speaking about small-sized projects.
That’s why Sunbay always adapts its processes and development methods to the project according to project goals, size, time-terms and other customer’s requirements.
Sunbay processes are based on principles and ideas of V-model and RUP software development standards and ISO and CMMI.
Here is the chart describing the processes the development is passing through (speaking about classical processes):

Before the project is started it's thoroughly planned. The plan is defined more precisely during the analisys, development and testing stages.
